Made from fresh purple garlic from Las Pedroñeras PGI that has been subjected to a process of sizing, peeling, selection, prolonged maturation with controlled temperature and humidity (without the addition of additives: preservatives or colorings) and packaging. Depending on the storage conditions, as long as it is a clean, dry and ventilated place, it may maintain the organoleptic characteristics for at least 24 months from the packaging date.
